	Rowena Fair Senior 400 Metres Hurdles Champion recieves the Gold Medal from three time Olympian  Maeve Kyle.  Rowena continued her sucessful season by gaining selection for the Northern Ireland  U23 team nd won Gold in the 100 Hurdles and the 400 Hurdles at the Age Group Championships with a personal best in the 400 Hurdles.
	Wendy Davis recieves the Gold  Medal for the 1500 metres at the Northern Ireland and Ulster Senior Championships from Dermot Donnelly. Wendy and Catriona McCorkell who finished third both smashed their life- time bests in the race. Three days later both again produced bests this time over 800 metres with Wendy running 2:11.3 and Catriona 2:15.7.
	Northern Ireland 5 Mile Road Race Champions Catriona McCorkell, Suzanne McCormick and Maria Skelton. The good looking guy loking very flushed is Dave McKibben the President of the NIAF.
